The man who lived with an alien, UFOs over Parliament... and the little girl who wanted answers

From cigar-shaped spacecraft in the night sky to abduction by aliens, they are the tales that have captivated the imagination of Earthlings for nearly a century.

And now the Ministry of Defence has revealed its latest batch of reports from people claiming a close encounter in the UK.

The sightings only go up to 2009, as that was the year the ‘British X-Files’ desk was closed.

Spookily, that year also saw a trebling in the frequency of UFO reports, the newly declassified files show.

More than 600 alien experiences were reported to the MoD’s UFO hotline, more than double the previous year and three times the usual number, according to the papers released by the National Archives.

The files from 2007 to 2009 reveal several of bizarre reports of encounters with extraterrestrials, including a man who claimed he lived with an alien, UFO sightings near the Houses of Parliament and Stonehenge, and a man whose dog and tent were abducted.
They also reveal the claim by one man to have developed a weapon to shoot down UFOs.

Some experts say there was a simple, non-sinister reason why the number of sightings soared in the hotline’s final year of operation – a rise in popularity of Chinese lanterns being released at weddings and other events.

There were 643 reports in 2009, up from around 100 to 200 a year between 2000 and 2007.

It was the second highest number of reports recorded by the MoD, beaten only by the 750 sightings in 1978 – the year Close Encounters Of The Third Kind was released in UK cinemas.

Another peak had occurred in the mid-1990s, when the US TV show The X-Files was at the height of its popularity.

Dr David Clarke, author of the book The UFO Files based on earlier MoD data, said: ‘There are many reasons why the number of reports trebled in 2009.

'Many of the sighting accounts – such as formations of orange lights moving slowly across the sky – describe the appearance of Chinese lanterns even though people did not recognise them at the time.’

The first description of a UFO was from a sighting made in US in 1947, although Met Office reports a quarter of a century earlier had included data on unexplained phenomena.

In 1952, Prime Minister Winston Churchill took the issue so seriously that he ordered reports of sightings to be kept secret to avoid public panic.

But during its 50 years of collecting and investigating reports, the UFO desk and hotline uncovered no evidence to indicate the existence of ‘any military threat to the UK’.

The files reveal that one person phoned the hotline to report twice seeing UFOs hovering over the Houses of Parliament in London in February 2008.

He described ‘green, red and white lights’ that remained still in the sky for an hour and a half.

Another sent an email to report seeing ‘discoid’ shapes in photographs of Stonehenge taken two years previously.

‘I didn’t see anything in the sky at the time. Upon uploading them to my computer, though, I spotted the discoid shapes in the background.’

Another email said photographs of Blackpool Pier taken in October 2008 showed aircraft that had not been visible at the time. The UFO desk investigated and an official said two of the objects ‘look like stunt kites’ and the third ‘looks like a seagull head-on’.

The MoD axed the department – which had no US equivalent and which by 2009 had only one officer – because it served ‘no defence purpose’ and was diverting resources from ‘more valuable defence-related activities’, the files reveal.

There were also fears that its existence encouraged spurious UFO reports.

When the announcement of the closure was made, MoD officials predicted a backlash from ufologists convinced that the truth was still out there.

Many wrote to the Queen, Prime Minister Gordon Brown and ministers to demand sightings were investigated.

The files are available to download at www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ufos.
And the little girl who asked for the truth...

A young girl wrote to the UFO desk about aliens saying she had seen ‘little air crafts’ in the sky.

She continued: ‘Please tell me what the truth is I’ve a right to know’, the files reveal.

The letter the child sent included a picture of an extraterrestrial in a spaceship waving and asked whether there is life on other planets.

The MoD replied thanking the writer, from Altrincham, near Manchester, for the letter and sent some RAF ‘goodies’.

The schoolgirl’s letter reads: ‘To Mr/Mrs. Please tell me if living things live out side our planet. I would like to now [sic] because me and my father have seen little air crafted [sic] in the sky.

‘And my father have seen 2 little light dancing around each other.

‘Please send me a letter telling me the answer.’

The MoD wrote back to her saying: ‘Thank you for your letter asking if there is life outside our planet.

‘It’s an interesting question and we remain totally open-minded about it, but we don’t know of any evidence to prove life exists in outer space.

‘We do look at reports of “unidentified flying objects” but only to see if the country’s airspace might have been affected but we haven’t had any evidence of this so far.

‘I am enclosing some RAF goodies that I thought you might like.’

Texas pastor: Donate to fix my helicopter and get a new car from God

Texas pastor: Donate to fix my helicopter and get a new car from God
A Texas pastor is being accused of “blasphemy” after he sent out a fundraising plea promising that God would give a new car in “52 days or 52 weeks” to anyone who chipped in $52 to fix his helicopter.

“Do you need better transportation?” New Light Church Bishop Ira V. Hilliard asks in a letter obtained by The Smoking Section. “Do you have a dream vehicle or luxury automobile you long to purchase?”

“We have an urgent transportation need that the Lord said can be an opportunity for you to see His favor and His wisdom released to help you,” he continues. “Scripture teaches when you give to a Kingdom need God will raise up someone to use their power, their ability and their influence to help you.”

Hilliard says that he was excited when the “small voice of the Holy Spirit” told him that God would “release favor” for anyone who helped upgrade the blades on the church’s helicopter.

“I believe with all my heart this message is for you and your doing something today is the key to releasing this favor on your transportation situation!” the letter states. “Send me the transportation need or your dream you have by completing the online petition when you sow a $52.00 transportation favor seed believing in 52 days or 52 weeks you will experience a breakthrough favor!”

Sugarland Pastor Saiko Woods disagrees with the fundraising plea, but told KRIV that there was “nothing wrong with Christians being rich as long as their riches are being founded upon the scriptures or they earn it honestly.”

But Woods insisted that “$52 dollars for 52 weeks or with 52 days” was “totally blasphemy.”

“Gospel is the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Not you promising money blessings a bigger house a bigger car a jet whatever these things might be,” he explained. “It causes people to look at Christianity and to laugh at it or to make a mockery of it thinking Christianity is all about money.”

“I’ve seen this man’s home, I’ve seen where he lives. You can’t tell me you don’t have $50,000 you can pay out of your own pocket.”

In a statement on Friday, New Light Church said that it was “not uncommon for an appeal to be directed toward specific Kingdom projects or specific needs.”

“In this instance, the appeal was directed to our Special Partners and friends who are familiar with the Biblical principles upon which we base our faith,” the church added. “We sincerely regret if anyone was offended by this appeal in that it was not our intent.”

Aviation experts estimated the value of the church’s helicopter at $1 million. New Light also owns a Hawker jet valued at $2 million and an aviation hangar valued at $3 million.

Eyeball Licking In Japan

Eyeball Licking In Japan
It is eyeball licking -- a strange activity wherein participants actually put each other's tongues on each other's peepers.

Alternatively called "oculolinctus" or "worming," eyeball licking has few public advocates but they include Elektrika Energias, a 29-year-old environmental science student in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

"My boyfriend started licking my eyeballs years ago and I just loved it. I'm not with him anymore, but I still like to ask guys to lick my eyeballs," she told The Huffington Post. "I just love it because it turns me on, like sucking on my toes. It makes me feel all tingly."

It's also a very intimate act, she said.

"I don't ask just anyone to do it. Guys I like a lot are more likely to not think it's so weird. I've never had anyone turn me down though," she said.

Eyeball licking has been around at least since the mid-2000s and a simple YouTube search brings up hundreds of videos from oculolinctus lovers who want to share their peeper porn with others.

However, eye experts are worried that this dangerous fad is gaining popularity with preteens, especially after news reports of elementary school students in Japan who dared to test their ocular boundaries and caused multiple cases of pinkeye, otherwise known as conjunctivitis, the Daily Caller reported.

In one classroom of 12-year-olds, one third of students confessed to "worming" or being "wormed." Officials only noticed something was up when some of the lickedstudents showed up to school wearing eyepatches, ShanghaiList.com reported.

Currently, eyeball licking is only attempted by a small percentage of adventurers, including HuffPost Weird News journalist Andy Campbell, who said he had his own eyeball tongued to see what it's like.

"It's strange to have something touch the eye without it hurting," Campbell said. "I was a receiver, not a giver. I don't see it as a sexual thing. But you have to be comfortable with someone."

San Diego ophthalmologist Dr. David Granet are worried that the news of eyeball licking will cause it to spread.

"Nothing good can come of this," Granet warned HuffPost. "There are ridges on the tongue that can cause a corneal abrasion. And if a person hasn't washed out their mouth, they might put acid from citrus products or spices into the eye."

Dr. David Najafi, an ophthalmologist in La Mesa, Calif., said if the licker has a cold sore, it is possible to spread herpes into the eye as well.

"The cornea is very sensitive and could be scarred," he warned.

Other dangers from "oculolinctus" include conjunctivitis or "pink eye," a swelling of the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of the eyelids and the white part of the eye.

You might have been the old superstition that masturbation causes your vision to blur, but eyeball licking can actually cause blindness, according to Dr. Phillip Rizzuto, a spokesman for the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

"The bacteria in the mouth is nothing like the bacteria in the eyeball, which is why we no longer recommend people lick contact lenses to moisten them," Rizzuto said.

Those serious problems may not be enough to stop eyeball licking lovers like Energias, who admits her habit did put her eyesight at risk at one point.

"I got some weird offshoot of TB in my eye once. I ended up with corneal ulcers and I spent like a month in the hospital," she said. "Nobody really knows why. Well, I got over it, and I'm fine now. That was like six years ago.

"I'm just safer now, I guess ... Live and learn. I mean they don't really make tongue rubbers, but maybe they should."

Quantum Physicists Prove That the Soul Exists

Two world-renowned scientists of quantum physics claim to be able to prove the existence of the soul.

The scientists propose an incredible theory that states that near-death experiences happen when quantum substances that constitute the soul leave the nervous system and are introduced into the universe in general.

This concept is based on the perception of the brain as a biological computer with 100 billion neurons and synaptic connections, which act as information networks and can remain in the universe even after death, the fact that can explain the perceptions of those who almost experienced death.

British physicist Sir Roger Penrose and American anesthesiologist Dr Stuart Hameroff developed this quantum theory of consciousness claiming that human souls are located in the structures called microtubules that ‘live’ inside the brain cells.

During a near-death experience, microtubules lose their quantum state, but the information they keep is not destroyed. In other words, after death the soul does not disappear but returns to the universe. Therefore, the soul is more than just an interaction of neurons in the brain. In fact, it is created by the very structure of the universe and thus it may be as old as the beginning of time.

So, let’s say that the heart stops beating and the blood stops flowing, then microtubules lose their quantum state but the quantum information in them cannot be destroyed, so it is distributed and diffused in the universe.

If the patient has revived, then the quantum information can return to microtubules and he says that he had a near death experience. However, in case of death of the patient, the quantum information can exist outside his body as a soul for an indefinite period of time.

Russia Warns Obama: Monsanto

The shocking minutes relating to President Putin’s meeting this past week with US Secretary of State John Kerry reveal the Russian leaders “extreme outrage” over the Obama regimes continued protection of global seed and plant bio-genetic giants Syngenta and Monsanto in the face of a growing “bee apocalypse” that the Kremlin warns “will most certainly” lead to world war.

According to these minutes, released in the Kremlin today by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation (MNRE), Putin was so incensed over the Obama regimes refusal to discuss this grave matter that he refused for three hours to even meet with Kerry, who had traveled to Moscow on a scheduled diplomatic mission, but then relented so as to not cause an even greater rift between these two nations.

At the center of this dispute between Russia and the US, this MNRE report says, is the “undisputed evidence” that a class of neuro-active insecticides chemically related to nicotine, known as neonicotinoids, are destroying our planets bee population, and which if left unchecked could destroy our world’s ability to grow enough food to feed its population.

So grave has this situation become, the MNRE reports, the full European Commission (EC) this past week instituted a two-year precautionary ban (set to begin on 1 December 2013) on these “bee killing” pesticides following the lead of Switzerland, France, Italy, Russia, Slovenia and Ukraine, all of whom had previously banned these most dangerous of genetically altered organisms from being used on the continent.

Two of the most feared neonicotinoids being banned are Actara and Cruiser made by the Swiss global bio-tech seed and pesticide giant Syngenta AG which employs over 26,000 people in over 90 countries and ranks third in total global sales in the commercial agricultural seeds market.

Important to note, this report says, is that Syngenta, along with bio-tech giants Monsanto, Bayer, Dow and DuPont, now control nearly 100% of the global market for genetically modified pesticides, plants and seeds.

Also to note about Syngenta, this report continues, is that in 2012 it was criminally charged in Germany for concealing the fact that its genetically modified corn killed cattle, and settled a class-action lawsuit in the US for $105 million after it was discovered they had contaminated the drinking supply of some 52 million Americans in more than 2,000 water districts with its “gender-bending” herbicide Atrazine.

Vatican’s Exorcist Claims He Has Dispatched 160,000 Demons To Hell

Father Gabriele Amorth, profiled in the new documentary The Exorcist in the 21st Century, has been a busy man per this report in CP World:

The Catholic Church’s top exorcist, who claims to have sent 160,000 demons back to hell, says he wants Pope Francis to allow all priests to start performing the ritual to deal with a rising demand for exorcisms from the faithful.

Father Gabriele Amorth, 88, who also heads the International Association of Exorcists, told The Sunday Times that he will ask Pope Francis to allow all priests the right to do exorcisms without the church’s approval. According to the report, priests currently need special approval from their bishop to perform the rite and it is rarely granted.

“I will ask the pope to give all priests the power to carry out exorcisms, and to ensure priests are properly trained for these starting with the seminary. There’s a huge demand for them,” said Father Amorth.

He explained that he was inspired to make the request after watching Pope Francis perform what he insists was an exorcism on a man “possessed by four demons” in St. Peter’s Square.

“The pope is also the Bishop of Rome, and like any bishop he is also an exorcist,” Amorth reportedly told La Repubblica newspaper. “It was a real exorcism. If the Vatican has denied this, it shows that they understand nothing.”…

‘Killer robots’ pose threat to peace and should be banned, UN warned

“Killer robots” that could attack targets autonomously without a human pulling the trigger pose a threat to international stability and should be banned before they come into existence, the United Nations will be told by its human rights investigator this week.

Christof Heyns, the UN special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, will address the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva on Thursday and call for a worldwide moratorium on what he calls “lethal autonomous robotics” – weapons systems that, once activated, can lock on and kill targets without further involvement of human handlers.

“Machines lack morality and mortality, and as a result should not have life and death powers over humans,” Heyns will say.

Heyns’s call for a moratorium draws the UN into the realms of sci-fi: fully autonomous weapons have not yet been developed, and exist only in the imaginations of military planners. However, experts in warfare technologies warn that the world’s leading military powers are moving so rapidly in this direction that a pre-emptive ban is essential.

“States are working towards greater and greater autonomy in weapons, and the potential is there for such technologies to be developed in the next 10 or 20 years,” said Bonnie Docherty of Harvard law school’s International Human Rights Clinic, who co-authored a report on the subject with Human Rights Watch.

In his submission to the UN, Heyns points to the experience of drones. Unmanned aerial vehicles were intended initially only for surveillance, and their use for offensive purposes was prohibited, yet once strategists realised their perceived advantages as a means of carrying out targeted killings, all objections were swept out of the way.

Drone technology has already moved a step closer to a fully autonomous state in the form of the X-47B, a super-charged UAV developed by the US Navy that can fly itself, and which last week completed the first takeoff from an aircraft carrier. The drone is billed as a non-combat craft, yet its design includes two weapons bays capable of carrying more than 4,000lbs.

Britain is developing its own next generation of drone, known as Taranis, that can be sent to tackle targets at long range and can defend itself from enemy aircraft. Like X-47B it has two in-built weapons bays, though is currently unarmed.

Apart from drones, several states are known to be actively exploring the possibility of autonomous weapons operating on the ground. South Korea has set up sentry robots known as SGR-1 along the Demilitarized Zone with North Korea that can detect people entering the zone through heat and motion sensors; though the sentry is currently configured so that it has to be operated by a human, it is reported to have an automatic mode, which, if deployed, would allow it to fire independently on intruders.

Steve Goose, Human Rights Watch’s arms director, said it was undeniable that “modern militaries are looking to develop autonomous weapons. The question is how far that push for autonomy will go.”

Given its dominance as the world’s leading military power, the US is likely to set the pace. According to Human Rights Watch, the Pentagon is spending about $6bn a year on research and development of unmanned systems, though in a directive adopted last November it said that fully autonomous weapons could only be used “to apply non-lethal, non-kinetic force, such as some forms of electronic attack”.

The key issue identified by Heyns in his UN submission is whether future weapons systems will be allowed to make the decision to kill autonomously, without human intervention. In military jargon, there are those unmanned weapons where “humans are in the loop” – ie retain control over the weapon and ultimately pull the trigger – as opposed to the future potential for autonomous weapons where humans are “out of the loop” and the decision to attack is taken by the robot itself.

The possibility of “out of the loop” weapons raises a plethora of moral and legal issues, Heyns says. Most worryingly, it could lead to increasing distance between those carrying out the attack and their targets: “In addition to being physically removed from the kinetic action, humans would also become more detached from decisions to kill – and their execution.”

New antidepressant drug nearly identical to popular party drug

Drug giant Johnson & Johnson (J&J), whose pharmaceutical and medical device products have been implicated in dozens of major recalls throughout the past several years, has announced it will seek approvals from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for 11 new drugs by the year 2017. And one of these new drugs, known as esketamine, contains a compound that is almost exactly the same as the active ingredient in the mind-altering party drug "Special K."

The controversial ingredient is known as ketamine, and while J&J's esketamine for depression is a slightly tweaked version of this psychoactive compound, its effects on the human body are amazingly similar. According to reports, esketamine's psychedelic properties take effect within just a few hours, as opposed to several weeks or even months for standard antidepressant drugs. And if used in excessive doses, esketamine can lead to short-term psychosis.

Last fall, researchers from Yale University and the National Institute of Mental Health discovered that actual ketamine from Special K can help relieve major depressive symptoms by potentially forming new nerve cells in the brain that regulate emotion and mood. Not surprisingly, these findings coincide directly with J&J's efforts to capitalize on this same compound by creating its own patented form of it.

Will esketamine be used to get depression patients 'high,' make them feel better through hallucination?

This same study revealed that, unlike existing antidepressants, ketamine can actually help induce the regeneration of new synapses in the brain. Within just two hours, trial participants who took ketamine were observed to have an increased production of synapse-associated proteins. And within 24 hours, completely new synapses were found to have formed in the brains of those who were previously lacking in these important neural connections.

"The hope is that this new information about ketamine is really going to provide a whole array of new targets that can be developed that ultimately provide a much better way of treating depression," said Ron Duman, a psychiatrist and neurobiologist at Yale University who helped work on the research. The discovery "represents maybe one of the biggest findings in the field over the last 50 years," he added, as quoted by NPR.org.

Human clinical trials involving esketamine are ongoing, and J&J's Janssen Research & Development, LLC is the division sponsoring them. J&J is also currently in the process of seeking FDA approval for drugs to treat hepatitis C, immune diseases, and schizophrenia; and vaccines for influenza, rabies, and polio.

"Pharma is now J&J's most attractive segment because they have moved past patent expirations and have a large number of new products," says Jeff Jonas, an analyst at investment brokerage Gabelli & Co., noting that J&J's consumer products and medical device divisions have suffered due to an excess of safety recalls in recent years.

Weather weapons have existed for over 15 years, testified U.S. Secretary of Defense

The development of so-called "weather weapons" has been dismissed by many as paranoid hyperbole, the work of science fiction movie script writers and conspiracy theorists, but the fact is they have existed, at least in the laboratory, for decades.

None other than former U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen, in fact, has talked about the development of weather-related weaponry - or, more specifically, techniques to create weather events to support offensive military operations. During a question-and-answer session at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy at the Georgia Center in Athens, Ga., in 1997, Cohen addressed them:

There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.

So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important.

What about 'chemtrails?'

Shortly after Cohen's testimony reports began to surface about contrails - plumes of condensation trailing behind aircraft that allegedly contain chemicals which made some people sick. From WorldNetDaily, which reported on the phenomenon in February 1999:

Specifically, the focus of this mysterious "sickness" is centered around the observance of contrails - trails of gaseous substances - left in the wake of jet planes flying high above certain areas of the country. Observers on the ground have discovered, after several "patterns" of contrails have been produced by numerous planes making dozens of passes over an area, that a colorless web-like sticky substance falls from the sky, often generating sickness for many who come in contact with it. In other areas no such substance is reported, but scores of people have become ill nonetheless, presumably because the planes forming the contrail patterns are literally spraying some sort of chemical in the air.

Word was these chemicals were part of an Air Force operation to "seed clouds" as part of weather modification experimentation. Officially, of course, the Air Force denied such allegations, but a number of residents in heavily "seeded" areas reported on several occasions that heavy rains would follow such seeding operations.

In addition to contrails, other reports have mentioned the Air Force's HAARP initiative - High Altitude Auroral Research Project, located in Alaska in 1990 (http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/). According to the project's website, "HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes."

'Something is out there'

The Air Force has denied that the project aims to modify weather, but is instead primarily focused on research. And yet, links between HAARP and weather control continue to crop up. From TheWeatherSpace.com website May 30:

HaarpStatus Facebook Page has released a statement claiming to be testing a tornado experiment on Oklahoma today. Their experiment states that frequencies have been turned up to the highest level and that people need to be aware.

Sounds like something out of science fiction. Can we really control the weather? No one knows exactly where and when tornadoes will strike, but this group is claiming that if deadly tornadoes strike Oklahoma today then HAARP was responsible for it. Now the question remains ... Is the group secretly the actual HAARP facility?

Answers about HAARP's real purpose, and those of weather weapons in general, remain elusive, but with Cohen's admission more than 15 years ago that such technology exists is proof enough, even if we don't know all of the details.

Were Humans Genetically Engineered By Aliens?

Intelligent Design Behind our Human DNA

As scientists began to unravel and decode the human DNA molecule, they found something amazingly unexpected — a computer programmer’s exquisite ‘language’ composed of some 3 billion genetic letters.
“One of the most extraordinary discoveries of the twentieth century,” says Dr. Stephen Meyer, director of the Center for Science and Culture at the Discovery Institute in Seattle, Wash.,
“Was that DNA actually stores information-the detailed instructions for assembling proteins-in the form of a four-character digital code” (quoted by Lee Strobel, The Case for a Creator, 2004. As George Williams explains it:)
“The gene is a package of information, not an object. The pattern of base pairs in a DNA molecule specifies the gene. But the DNA molecule is the medium, it’s not the message”

It`s a design from an intelligent source

To any discerning mind, this type of nanotech high-level information has been deduced to originate only from a seemingly intelligent source. As Lee Strobel explains:

“The data at the core of life is not disorganized, it’s not simply orderly like salt crystals, but it’s complex and specific information that can accomplish a bewildering task-the building of biological machines that far outstrip human technological capabilities”

For example, the precise nature of this genetic language is such that the average error that is not caught turns out to be one error per 10 billion letters. If an error occurs in one of the most important parts of the code, in the genes, it causes diseases such as sickle-cell anemia. Yet even the best and most apt typist in the world couldn’t come close to making only one man`s DNA, reveals we are someone else ‘ property.

Humans were genetically engineered by aliens and according to ufologist Der Voron, author of Unidentified Flying Objects: Starcraft, in an exclusive interview with Weekly Universe. Voron built his astounding scientific theory on the lack of evidence linking Cro-Magnon man to still earlier forms on the evolutionary chain. This so-called “Missing Link” implies a jump in evolution that can only be explained by a miracle or by alien intervention!

As explained exclusively to the Weekly Universe, Der Voron says: “Scientists cannot find the ‘Missing link’ that links Cro-Magnon man [our own immediate ancestor] to earlier human forms yet they’ve found and continue finding the remains of many less advanced forms that existed long before Cro-Magnon.”

According to evolutionary theory, early men evolved into the Missing Link, which evolved into Cro-Magnon man, which evolved into modern Homo Sapiens us! But for the theory to be valid, the Missing Link must have existed about the same time as the Neanderthal which means that remains like (tools, fossils and artwork) should be as common as Neanderthal remains. Yet while Neanderthal remains abound, but the “Missing Link” concerning our DNA still remains missing!

Voron: “If scientists cannot find Missing Link remains, yet easily find Neanderthal remains it may be because the Missing Link never existed! And that Cro-Magnon modern man’s ancestors were genetically engineered!”

But by whom? Voron sees only one possible answer: By certain intelligent beings of extraterrestrial origin as far as it can be proved or assumed due to other pieces that is constantly missing in humans origin! These genetic engineers were from an ancient but technologically advanced terrestrial civilization, because no remains from such a civilization have been found. Voron scoffs at the simplistic either/or debate between Creationism (intelligent design) and Evolution (chance or random occurrence).

He thinks the universe is big enough for both theories to be partially-true and other theories too! The extraterrestrial creation theory like the “Enuma Elish” ( Sumerian story about our creators the Annunaki ) is the most probable explanation for humans rapid development in science. Because the evidence for that, is all around us every were on earth. From stone monuments to ancient light bulbs.

Voron Explains: “I don’t think that today’s level of science can yet solve the puzzle of the origins of the entire universe, but perhaps the problem of our origins can be discussed in the following way: “Calculations show that the chance emergence of life, and moreover of intelligent life, is very low. It’s more likely that a hurricane can compose a new Boeing aircraft from the fragments of a broken one lying on the ground. But because the Universe is giant infinite! this chance did occur, and then life, and then intelligent life, emerged.

“This intelligent life created a civilization that we can call God which then engineered life and intelligent life in other star systems. In doing so, they may have established bases in these star systems similar to the giant cylinder-shaped flying saucers that are sometimes observed from Earth and that are theorized to be mother ships (i.e. alien bases), due to their large sizes and observations of other saucers departing from them. And maybe this alien civilization not only created life and mother ships, but star systems, planets, quasars, and…?”

Sci-fi author Arthur C. Clarke famously stated that, to a sufficiently primitive people, a high-tech civilization will look like magic. Likewise, Voron’s amazing conclusions combine evolutionary theory, creationism, and ancient Aliens whom our primitive ancestors may have called God!

“The key point is that the Universe is not only endless,” says Voron, “but eternal and this means that this creation/evolutionary process may have occurred innumerable times, in
innumerable variations.”

The 10 Inventions of Nikola Tesla That Change The World

Nikola Tesla is finally beginning to attract real attention and encourage serious debate nearly 70 years after his death. Was he for real? A crackpot? Part of an early experiment in corporate-government control?

We know that he was undoubtedly persecuted by the energy power brokers of his day — namely Thomas Edison, whom we are taught in school to revere as a genius. He was also attacked by J.P. Morgan and other “captains of industry.” Upon Tesla’s death on January 7th, 1943, the U.S. government moved into his lab and apartment confiscating all of his scientific research, some of which has been released by the FBI through the Freedom of Information Act. (I’ve embedded the first 250 pages below and have added a link to the .pdf of the final pages, 290 in total).

Besides his persecution by corporate-government interests (which is practically a certification of authenticity), there is at least one solid indication of Nikola Tesla’s integrity — he tore up a contract with Westinghouse that was worth billions in order to save the company from paying him his huge royalty payments.

But, let’s take a look at what Nikola Tesla — a man who died broke and alone — has actually given to the world. For better or worse, with credit or without, he changed the face of the planet in ways that perhaps no man ever has.

1. Alternating Current – This is where it all began, and what ultimately caused such a stir at the 1893 World’s Expo in Chicago. A war was leveled ever-after between the vision of Edison and the vision of Tesla for how electricity would be produced and distributed. The division can be summarized as one of cost and safety: The DC current that Edison (backed by General Electric) had been working on was costly over long distances, and produced dangerous sparking from the required converter (called a commutator). Regardless, Edison and his backers utilized the general “dangers” of electric current to instill fear in Tesla’s alternative: Alternating Current. As proof, Edison sometimes electrocuted animals at demonstrations. Consequently, Edison gave the world the electric chair, while simultaneously maligning Tesla’s attempt to offer safety at a lower cost. Tesla responded by demonstrating that AC was perfectly safe by famously shooting current through his own body to produce light. This Edison-Tesla (GE-Westinghouse) feud in 1893 was the culmination of over a decade of shady business deals, stolen ideas, and patent suppression that Edison and his moneyed interests wielded over Tesla’s inventions. Yet, despite it all, it is Tesla’s system that provides power generation and distribution to North America in our modern era.

2. Light – Of course he didn’t invent light itself, but he did invent how light can be harnessed and distributed. Tesla developed and used florescent bulbs in his lab some 40 years before industry “invented” them. At the World’s Fair, Tesla took glass tubes and bent them into famous scientists’ names, in effect creating the first neon signs. However, it is his Tesla Coil that might be the most impressive, and controversial. The Tesla Coil is certainly something that big industry would have liked to suppress: the concept that the Earth itself is a magnet that can generate electricity (electromagnetism) utilizing frequencies as a transmitter. All that is needed on the other end is the receiver — much like a radio.

3. X-rays – Electromagnetic and ionizing radiation was heavily researched in the late 1800s, but Tesla researched the entire gamut. Everything from a precursor to Kirlian photography, which has the ability to document life force, to what we now use in medical diagnostics, this was a transformative invention of which Tesla played a central role. X-rays, like so many of Tesla’s contributions, stemmed from his belief that everything we need to understand the universe is virtually around us at all times, but we need to use our minds to develop real-world devices to augment our innate perception of existence.

4. Radio — Guglielmo Marconi was initially credited, and most believe him to be the inventor of radio to this day. However, the Supreme Court overturned Marconi’s patent in 1943, when it was proven that Tesla invented the radio years previous to Marconi. Radio signals are just another frequency that needs a transmitter and receiver, which Tesla also demonstrated in 1893 during a presentation before The National Electric Light Association. In 1897 Tesla applied for two patents US 645576, and US 649621. In 1904, however, The U.S. Patent Office reversed its decision, awarding Marconi a patent for the invention of radio, possibly influenced by Marconi’s financial backers in the States, who included Thomas Edison and Andrew Carnegie. This also allowed the U.S. government (among others) to avoid having to pay the royalties that were being claimed by Tesla.

5. Remote Control – This invention was a natural outcropping of radio. Patent No. 613809 was the first remote controlled model boat, demonstrated in 1898. Utilizing several large batteries; radio signals controlled switches, which then energized the boat’s propeller, rudder, and scaled-down running lights. While this exact technology was not widely used for some time, we now can see the power that was appropriated by the military in its pursuit of remote controlled war. Radio controlled tanks were introduced by the Germans in WWII, and developments in this realm have since slid quickly away from the direction of human freedom.

6. Electric Motor – Tesla’s invention of the electric motor has finally been popularized by a car brandishing his name. While the technical specifications are beyond the scope of this summary, suffice to say that Tesla’s invention of a motor with rotating magnetic fields could have freed mankind much sooner from the stranglehold of Big Oil. However, his invention in 1930 succumbed to the economic crisis and the world war that followed. Nevertheless, this invention has fundamentally changed the landscape of what we now take for granted: industrial fans, household applicances, water pumps, machine tools, power tools, disk drives, electric wristwatches and compressors.

7. Robotics — Tesla’s overly enhanced scientific mind led him to the idea that all living beings are merely driven by external impulses. He stated: “I have by every thought and act of mine, demonstrated, and does so daily, to my absolute satisfaction that I am an automaton endowed with power of movement, which merely responds to external stimuli.” Thus, the concept of the robot was born. However, an element of the human remained present, as Tesla asserted that these human replicas should have limitations — namely growth and propagation. Nevertheless, Tesla unabashedly embraced all of what intelligence could produce. His visions for a future filled with intelligent cars, robotic human companions, and the use of sensors, and autonomous systems are detailed in a must-read entry in the Serbian Journal of Electrical Engineering, 2006.

8. Laser — Tesla’s invention of the laser may be one of the best examples of the good and evil bound up together within the mind of man. Lasers have transformed surgical applications in an undeniably beneficial way, and they have given rise to much of our current digital media. However, with this leap in innovation we have also crossed into the land of science fiction. From Reagan’s “Star Wars” laser defense system to today’s Orwellian “non-lethal” weapons’ arsenal, which includes laser rifles and directed energy “death rays,” there is great potential for development in both directions.

9 and 10. Wireless Communications and Limitless Free Energy – These two are inextricably linked, as they were the last straw for the power elite — what good is energy if it can’t be metered and controlled? Free? Never. J.P. Morgan backed Tesla with $ 150,000 to build a tower that would use the natural frequencies of our universe to transmit data, including a wide range of information communicated through images, voice messages, and text. This represented the world’s first wireless communications, but it also meant that aside from the cost of the tower itself, the universe was filled with free energy that could be utilized to form a world wide web connecting all people in all places, as well as allow people to harness the free energy around them. Essentially, the 0′s and 1′s of the universe are embedded in the fabric of existence for each of us to access as needed. Nikola Tesla was dedicated to empowering the individual to receive and transmit this data virtually free of charge. But we know the ending to that story . . . until now?

Tesla had perhaps thousands of other ideas and inventions that remain unreleased. A look at his hundreds of patents shows a glimpse of the scope he intended to offer. If you feel that the additional technical and scientific research of Nikola Tesla should be revealed for public scrutiny and discussion, instead of suppressed by big industry and even our supposed institutions of higher education, join the world’s call to tell power brokers everywhere that we are ready to Occupy Energy and learn about what our universe really has to offer.

The release of Nikola Tesla’s technical and scientific research — specifically his research into harnessing electricity from the ionosphere at a facility called Wardenclyffe — is a necessary step toward true freedom of information. Please add your voice by sharing this information with as many people as possible.

As they state:

Tell your friends, bring it up and discuss it at your next general assembly, do whatever you can to get the word out, organize locally to make a stand for the release of Nikola Tesla’s research…. America is tired of corrupt corporate greed, supported by The American government, holding us back in a stagnant society in the name of profit . . . The Energy Crisis is a lie.

As an aside: there are some who have pointed out that Tesla’s experimentation with the ionosphere very well could have caused the massive explosion over Tunguska, Siberia in 1908, which leveled an estimated 60 million trees over 2,150 square kilometers, and may even have led to the much maligned HAARP technology. I submit that we would do well to remember that technology is never the true enemy; it is the misuse of technology that can enslave rather than free mankind from its animal-level survivalism.

Please view the video below, which does an excellent job at personalizing this largely forgotten human being, as well as show the reasons why to this day he is not a household name.

And here is a video that offers an essential alternative view of ancient Egypt and other cultures that employed pyramidal structures, which suggests the staggering outer limits of what Tesla was attempting to harness and offer to humanity:

Diet Soda Can Cause Tooth Decay Like Cocaine, Dentist Proves

Diet soda addicts, beware: heavy consumption of the highly acidic drinks can cause tooth damage that resembles the effects of methamphetamine or crack cocaine.

Those who drink large amounts of diet soda for long periods of time often experience tooth erosion, rotting, decay and other types of oral damage – in many cases just as bad or worse as the effects experienced by long-term drug users, according to a new study published in the journal General Dentistry.

“You look at it side-to-side with ‘meth mouth’ or ‘coke mouth,’ it is startling to see the intensity and extent of damage more or less the same,” Dr. Mohammed Boussiouny, a professor of restorative dentistry at the Temple University School of Dentistry, told Health Day News.

The study references a woman in her 30’s who drank about two liters of diet soda every day for 3-5 years and suffered from eroded teeth that resembled those of a 29-year-old meth addict who had been taking drugs for three years and a 51-year-old crack cocaine user who had an 18-year-history drug abuse.

The woman’s teeth were soft, discolored and eroded, and dentists were unable to save any of the affected teeth. The woman had no choice but to have every last tooth removed and replaced with dentures.

“None of the teeth affected by erosion were salvageable,” Boussiouny said.

The woman had been drinking diet soda for years because she was worried that regular soda would cause her to gain weight. She was aware of the risks associated with consuming artificially sweetened beverages, but admitted that she hadn’t seen a dentist in years.

The American Beverage Association responded to the results of the study, defending the consumption of diet soda and telling Health Day News that the woman’s lack of dentist visits was the primary cause of her tooth decay.

“The woman referenced in this article did not receive dental health services for more than 20 years – two-thirds of her life,” the group said in a statement. “To single out diet soda consumption as the unique factor in her tooth decay and erosion – and to compare it to that from illicit drug use – is irresponsible…. The body of available science does not support that beverages are a unique factor in causing tooth decay or erosion.”

But Dr. Eugene Antenucci, a spokesman for the Academy of General Dentistry, said he has seen the effects of diet soda in many addicts, and explained that some of them experienced “very deep brown stains, where it’s actually eroded into the tooth, and the teeth are soft and leathery.”

Most diet soda consumers will never see such effects, but to ensure clean and healthy teeth, Antenucci advises that they wash away the acidity of the substance with water after drinking soda, brushing their teeth at least twice daily and drinking in moderation.

Diet soda – like crack cocaine and meth – is highly acidic, which wears away enamel and causes teeth to become susceptible to cavities. Colas, for example, have erosive potential 10 times that of fruit juice, according to a previous 2007 study published in General Dentistry. This study found that teeth immersed in Coke, Pepsi, RC Cola, Squirt, Surge, 7 Up and Diet 7 Up lost more than five percent of their weight, due to enamel erosion. The most acidic soft drink studied at the time was RC Cola, which had a pH of 2.387. Cherry Coke had a pH level of 2.522 and Coke had a pH level of 2.525. Battery acid, in comparison, has a pH level of 1.0, and pure water has a pH level of 7.0.

Thomas P. Connelly, a New York-based cosmetic dentist, says that diet soda consumers tend to drink more of the substance than those who consume regular sodas, which is often a factor in their tooth erosion. With many Americans convinced that the sugar-free drinks will prevent them from gaining weight, they can quickly become addicted and self-inflict tooth damage, like drug users.

“I don’t know how many times I’ve heard, ‘I’m addicted to diet coke’ from a patient,” he wrote in a Huffington Post blog. “Even though it has sugar, I’d almost rather see people drink regular pop, because I’m convinced that one or two regular pops are less damaging than seven of the diet version (again, people who drink diet soda tend to drink a lot of it). But truthfully, I’d rather see people drink neither.”

Top 10 Most Unhealthy, Cancer-Causing Foods – NEVER EAT THESE AGAIN!

The statement “everything causes cancer” has become a popular hyperbole, and one that some people use as rhetorical fodder to excuse their own dietary and lifestyle failures, particularly as they pertain to cancer risk. But the truth of the matter is that many common food items have, indeed, been scientifically shown to increase cancer risk, and some of them substantially. Here are 10 of the most unhealthy, cancer-causing foods that you should never eat again:

1) Genetically-modified organisms (GMOs). It goes without saying that GMOs have no legitimate place in any cancer-free diet, especially now that both GMOs and the chemicals used to grow them have been shown to cause rapid tumor growth. But GMOs are everywhere, including in most food derivatives made from conventional corn, soybeans, and canola. However, you can avoid them by sticking with certified organic, certified non-GMO verified, and locally-grown foods that are produced naturally without biotechnology.

2) Processed meats. Most processed meat products, including lunch meats, bacon, sausage, and hot dogs, contain chemical preservatives that make them appear fresh and appealing, but that can also cause cancer. Both sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate have been linked to significantly increasing the risk of colon and other forms of cancer, so be sure to choose only uncured meat products made without nitrates, and preferably from grass-fed sources.

3) Microwave popcorn. They might be convenient, but those bags of microwave popcorn are lined with chemicals that are linked to causing not only infertility but also liver, testicular, and pancreatic cancers. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognizes the perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in microwave popcorn bag linings as “likely” carcinogenic, and several independent studies have linked the chemical to causing tumors. Similarly, the diacetyl chemical used in the popcorn itself is linked to causing both lung damage and cancer.

4) Soda pop. Like processed meats, soda pop has been shown to cause cancer as well. Loaded with sugar, food chemicals, and colorings, soda pop acidifies the body and literally feeds cancer cells. Common soda pop chemicals like caramel color and its derivative 4-methylimidazole (4-MI) have also specifically been linked to causing cancer.

5) ‘Diet’ foods, beverages. Even worse than conventional sugar-sweetened soda pop, though, is “diet” soda pop and various other diet beverages and foods. A recent scientific review issued by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) of more than 20 separate research studies found that aspartame, one of the most common artificial sweeteners, causes a range of illnesses including birth defects and cancer. Sucralose (Splenda), saccharin and various other artificial sweeteners have also been linked to causing cancer.

6) Refined ‘white’ flours. Refined flour is a common ingredient in processed foods, but its excess carbohydrate content is a serious cause for concern. A study published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Mile Markers, and Prevention found that regular consumption of refined carbohydrates was linked to a 220 percent increase in breast cancer among women. High-glycemic foods in general have also been shown to rapidly raise blood sugar levels in the body, which directly feeds cancer cell growth and spread.

7) Refined sugars. The same goes for refined sugars, which tend to rapidly spike insulin levels and feed the growth of cancer cells. Fructose-rich sweeteners like high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) are particularly offensive, as cancer cells have been shown to quickly and easily metabolize them in order to proliferate. And since cookies, cakes, pies, sodas, juices, sauces, cereals, and many other popular, mostly processed, food items are loaded with HFCS and other refined sugars, this helps explain why cancer rates are on the rise these days.

8) Conventional apples, grapes, and other ‘dirty’ fruits. Many people think they are eating healthy when they buy apples, grapes, or strawberries from the store. But unless these fruits are organic or verified to be pesticide-free, they could be a major cancer risk. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) found that up to 98 percent of all conventional produce, and particularly the type found on its “dirty” fruits list, is contaminated with cancer-causing pesticides.

9) Farmed salmon. Farmed salmon is another high-risk cancer food, according to Dr. David Carpenter, Director of the Institute for Health and the Environment at the University of Albany. According to his assessment, farmed salmon not only lacks vitamin D, but it is often contaminated with carcinogenic chemicals, PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls), flame retardants, pesticides, and antibiotics.

10) Hydrogenated oils. They are commonly used to preserve processed foods and keep them shelf-stable. But hydrogenated oils alter the structure and flexibility of cell membranes throughout the body, which can lead to a host of debilitating diseases such as cancer. Some manufacturers are phasing out the use of hydrogenated oils and replacing them with palm oil and other safer alternatives, but trans fats are still widely used in processed food.

Chinese Vendors Selling Live Fish and Turtles in Plastic Bags as Keychains

Chinese vendors have been selling pretty depressing keychains that consist of either a Brazil turtle or two small kingfish sealed inside a small plastic baggy. Each baggy, seven centimeters in length, is filled with colored liquid and the imprisoned animal(s) of choice.

The vendors, who sell the baggies at the entrances to subways or train stations, claim the colored water is a “nutrient rich” solution that allows the live creatures shoved inside a seven centimeter bag to live for a few months, after which–if this story couldn’t get any more depressing–the animals die and, according to Helablog, “rumor has it…the cadavers are heated in the microwave for 15 seconds and eaten while enjoying an ice cold beer.”

If the existence of these keychains wasn’t depressing enough, the fact that they’re not illegal makes them even worse, as China only has a Wild Animal Protection Law, under which these keychains do not happen to fall.

Since there is no law preventing the existence of these keychains, so there may not be an end to them anytime soon and, according to the Global Times, the depressing keychain business is doing well, as they reportedly watched one fish keychain and nine turtle keychains sell in five minutes time, to both people who think they’re neat, and others who buy the keychains to free the animals.

According to the cofounder of the International Center for Veterinary Services, Mary Peng, the fish and turtles wouldn’t survive too long in the sealed plastic bag due to the lack of oxygen, regardless of how “nutrient rich” the colored water may be.

Animal protection groups are voicing their opinion on the matter, so hopefully they can quickly make progress toward getting these keychains made illegal.

Mark Of The Beast? The Hi-Tech Tattoo That Could Replace All Your Passwords

Motorola has announced it is looking at alternatives to traditional passwords in a bid to make logging into online sites, or accessing mobile phones, more secure. Among the ideas discussed at the D11 conference in California on Wednesday were electronic tattoos and authentication pills that people swallow.

The tattoos, developed by Massachusetts-based engineering firm MC10, contain flexible electronic circuits that are attached to the wearer’s skin using a rubber stamp. Motorola’s senior vice president of advance research, Regina Dugan, shows off an electronic tattoo at the D11 conference in California.

The tattoos, designed by Massachusetts-based firm MC10, are made from silicon and contain electronic circuits that bend and move with the wearer’s body. The tattoos, called Biostamps, were designed for medical purposes to track a patient’s health, but Motorola thinks the technology can be used for authentication purposes, as an alternative to traditional passwords.

This image shows the various parts that make up the MC10 electronic tattoo called the Biostamp. It can be stuck to the body using a rubber stamp, and protected using spray-on bandages. The circuit can be worn for two weeks and Motorola believes this makes it perfect for authentication purposes.

MC10 originally designed the tattoos, called Biostamps, to help medical teams measure the health of their patients either remotely, or without the need for large expensive machinery. Motorola claims that the circuits, which also contain antennae and built-in sensors, could be adapted to work with mobile phones and tablets.

The mobile devices could then be used to confirm the owner’s identity and log them in to accounts automatically. This would prevent thieves and other people from being able to access a phone, or individual apps on the device, if it is stolen or lost.

Another idea presented during the keynote talk at the Wall Street Journal conference with head of Motorola Dennis Woodside and senior vice president for advanced technology and products, Regina Dugan, was a swallowable pill. The Proteus Digital Health pill has already been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and was given European regulatory approval in 2010.

Another password-alternative presented by Motorola at the Wall Street Journal’s D11 conference was the ‘vitamin authentication pill’. It contains a computer chip that creates an 18-bit signal when swallowed. Motorola is testing whether this signal can ‘talk’ to mobile phones and be used to authenticate a wearer’s identity.

It contains a computer chip that can be powered like a battery using the acid in the wearer’s stomach. Once swallowed the ‘vitamin authentication pill’ creates an 18-bit ECG-like signal inside the wearer’s body that can be picked up by mobile devices and authentication hardware outside. This could be used verify the wearer is the correct owner of the device or account.

Dugan continued that the pill could be taken every day for 30 days, if necessary, without any problems.
Woodside added Motorola would not be shipping these ‘right away’ but they have ‘tested it authenticating a phone, and it works.’ He continued: ‘Having the boldness to think differently about problems that everybody has every day is really important for Motorola now.’

Dugan, who used to be head of the US Pentagon’s Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency, explained that each signal emitted by the pill could be unique to each user. Both these ideas move away from traditional passwords and towards technology that turns the user into a physical authentication token.

Explaining the reasons behind the plans, Dugan said: ‘Authentication is irritating. In fact its so irritating only about half the people do it. ’Despite the fact there is a lot of information about you on your smartphone, which makes you far more prone to identity theft.

‘After 40 years of advances in computation, we’re still authenticating the same way we did years ago – passwords.

The so-called ‘vitamin authentication pill’ has been designed by Proteus Digital Health in California. It was passed by the FDA in 2012 after gaining European regulatory approval in 2010. The chip can be swallowed and used to monitor the wearer’s health and Motorola thinks it could be used for authentication

‘In fact it’s worse, the average users does it 39 times a day and it takes them 2.3 seconds every time they do it. ‘Power users will do it up to 100 times a day.

‘So what are we doing about it? Well [Motorola] is thinking of a whole variety of options for how to do better at authentication such as near-term things including tokens or fobs that have NFC or bluetooth.
‘But you can also think about a means of authentication you can wear on your skin every day, say an electronic tattoo or a vitamin pill’.

During the talk, Woodside also unveiled Motorola’s plans to launch a new handset. Motorola was bought by Google 2011, which owns the Android operating system. The new phone, called the Moto X, will be built in Texas and Woodside said he was ‘pretty confident in the products we’re going to be shipping in the fall’.

Woodside added that the Moto X would benefit from Motorola’s expertise in managing ultra-low power sensors — such as in accelerometers and gyroscopes — that can sense usage contexts and turn off certain components when not required, to save power.

He added that it will interact in different ways to other handsets and said the camera would ‘fire up in a way not seen before’ calling the handset ‘more contextually aware’ than other phones. Motorola’s engineers have also come up with processors that will help save power, but didn’t elaborate further.

Woman Grows Nails Instead Of Hair Due To Skin Condition

A rare skin condition is causing one 28-year-old woman hair to grow human nails instead of hair.

Criminal justice student Shanya A. Isom first saw signs of the condition in 2009, when she had an asthma attack that doctors treated with steroids. When Isom had an allergic reaction to the medicine, she developed bumps on her leg and her skin tone began to darken, the New York Daily News reports.

Memphis doctors attempted scores of treatments, for conditions ranging from eczema to staph infections. None were successful.

“They’ve tested me from A to Z, and everything was coming back negative,” Isom told WMC-TV.

In August 2011, Isom was admitted to John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, where doctors determined that her hair follicles were producing 12 times as many skin cells as hair cells. This meant that her hair follicles were producing nails, instead of hair.

The diagnosis, and subsequent treatment, has generated a slight improvement in Isom’s quality of life. “I couldn’t sit up, I couldn’t walk,” she told WMC-TV. “Now I can walk with a cane and sometimes I can walk on my own.”

But Isom’s symptoms have taken a toll on her finances. Her state-issued insurance does not cover her specialist care, and only covers five of the 17 medications needed to treat her symptoms. Her medical bills have already reached $ 250,000, the Daily Mail reports.

Isom, who says she is the only person in the world with her condition, has set up the S.A.I. Foundation to raise money to cover her bills and help others who may develop similar symptoms.

“If [my condition] means me dealing with this to help someone else, I’m willing to go through it,” she said. The foundation takes donations at all Bank of America branches.

Woman who injected COOKING OIL into her own face

A plastic surgery addict injected cooking oil into her face when doctors refused to give her any more silicone.

Former model Hang Mioku has been left permanently disfigured following the DIY beauty treatment.

After injecting an entire bottle of black market silicone into her face, Hang resorted to using cooking oil that left her face severely swollen and scarred.

Her plights was featured on Korean television and viewers donated thousands of pounds to pay for corrective surgery.

During the first of 10 operations, surgeons removed 60g of silicone, oil and other foreign substances from her face and 200g from her neck.

However, Hang is still disfigured and she said she wishes she could have her old face back.

Hang had her first procedure aged 28 and then moved to Japan where she had repeated treatments.

She quickly became obsessed with having smoother and softer skin.

Doctors eventually refused to carry out any more work on her after her face became noticeably enlarged.

However, she managed to get hold of a bottle of silicone and a syringe to self-inject but when that ran out she resorted to use cooking oil.

Her face was so altered that her own parents did not recognise her and local children also used to call her 'standing fan' because her face was so large compared to her small body.

Numerous operations paid for by donations have managed to reduce the size of her face and neck but she is still significantly disfigured.

Recently the former model was working in a recycled clothes shop, called The Beautiful Shop, and receiving handouts from the state.
